- Calienta la cazuela donde freímos la cebolla, aprovecha el poquito aceite que quedó, agrega la mezcla tapa, (fuego bajo)pasados unos minutos puedes revisar con ayuda de una espátula si ya esta doradita de abajo. Con ayuda de un plato dale la vuelta



- Deja por otros minutos y listo a disfrutar sin culpa
