- Vaciamos el azúcar, la mantequilla, los huevos, la taza que nos sobra de azúcar, la vainilla y la mezcla de levadura.



- Batimos bien hasta que se haga una masa suave y elástica, no mucho pero que no se pegue en las manos.... Dejamos que infle por 40 min en un lugar cálido.



- Posteriormente vamos a volver amasar por 5 min y estiramos la masa con el rodillo. Ahora sí con un cortador especial si tiene, si no con toppers del tamaño que deseen vamos a empezar hacer nuestras donas.


- El grosor que yo dejé es de 2 CM. Una vez cortadas las deje reposar 5 min más.... Y de ahí al aceite (lo ponemos a calentar antes hasta que esté hirviendo) cuidado... Vamos a meter de una por una o las que nos quepan en nuestro lugar de trabajo.


- Dejamos en el aceite por 5 min de cada lado en fuego medio bajo, Sacamos del aceite, escurrimos y pasamos a el azúcar. En lo personal me gusta mezclar con canela... Espolvoreamos y listo...
