Yo me he atrevido a hacer una versión ni pan, ni bollo, pero pan blandito tipo molde con chorizo. Los huevos no los pongo ya que nadie los quiere comer. Para mi gusto se pasan un poco en el horno.

- 1 huevo

- 7 g sal
- 4 g azúcar

- Primeramente disolvemos la levadura en la leche
- En un bol vamos echando los ingredientes según el orden que he puesto. Harina, leche+levadura, huevo, aceite, sal y azúcar. He mezclado con máquina unos 10 min.
- Enharinar superficie y hacer una bola con la masa resultante
- Poner en un bol previamente engrasado y dejar que la masa aumente su tamaño. Tapar con trapo. Hora y media.... ⏱️

- Pasado ese tiempo le quitamos un cacho, damos forma triangular, amasando con un rodillo y le ponemos tres huecos en cada esquina, es donde irían los huevos.

- Untar ligeramente con aceite y volver a dejar tapado que aumente su tamaño. ⏱️ hora y media.. He reservado otro trozo de masa para poner después en el chorizo.

- Hacer cortes transversales y colocar el chorizo. Tapar con el trozo de masa que teníamos reservado.

- Meter al horno precalentado 180 grados 35 min. El huevo lo he puesto aparte, frito.

- Se puede decorar como se quiera. Otro ejemplo, este no es mío.
